DetailsThis CME session aims to strengthen healthcare providers' capacity to systematically incorporate Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH), Antepartum Hemorrhage (APH), and high-risk Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD) birth outcomes into the Maternal and Perinatal Death Surveillance and Response (MPDSR) monthly meetings. The training highlights the importance of thorough data collection, analysis, and discussion of maternal and neonatal outcomes to identify gaps and implement targeted interventions. Participants will learn to accurately document high-risk pregnancies and adverse birth outcomes, facilitating timely responses and quality improvements in maternal and child health services. The session is designed to promote an integrated approach to maternal death review and enhance the quality of maternal health care at Butanda HC III.
